How Much Will Be Covered Under The CDCP?
Although the CDCP might not cover the entire cost of your treatment, the plan will reimburse a portion of it. You may have a co-payment based on your adjusted family net income. Here’s how much you may be expected to cover based on that net income:
  • No Co-Payment: If you have an adjustment annual family net income lower than $70,000.
  • 40% Co-Payment: For patients with an adjustment annual family net income between $70,000 and $79,999.
  • 60% Co-Payment: Individuals with an adjusted annual family net income between $80,000 and $89,999.
Additional fees may need to be paid to your oral health provider directly if:
  • Either you or your oral health provider agree to services that the CDCP does not cover
  • Or the cost of your treatments exceeds the amount the CDCP will reimburse
